We believe in fair pricing. By keeping our platform efficient and automated, we can offer industry-leading rates of just 5% for buyers and 10% for sellers, compared to competitors who charge 20-30% in total fees.
Our fee structure is designed to be sustainable long-term. We have no plans to increase fees. Any potential future changes would be announced well in advance and would never apply to existing orders.

Outreachist is a premium marketplace connecting advertisers with publishers, influencers, and freelancers for digital marketing services. We offer a secure platform for guest posts, link placements, sponsored content, social media promotions, and various marketing services.
Click "Sign Up" in the top menu, enter your email and password, then verify your email address. Choose whether you want to be an advertiser (buyer), publisher/influencer/freelancer (seller), or both. The entire process takes less than 2 minutes.
You can create an Advertiser account to buy services, a Publisher/Influencer/Freelancer account to sell services, or have both roles in one account. You can switch between buyer and seller modes anytime from your dashboard.
Yes, joining Outreachist is completely free. There are no signup fees, no monthly subscriptions, and no listing fees. We only charge transaction fees when orders are completed: 5% for buyers and 10% for sellers.

For Advertisers

Use our advanced search filters to find websites by Domain Authority, niche, language, traffic, and price range. You can sort results by metrics like DA, DR, organic traffic, and seller rating to find the perfect match for your campaign.
Focus on Domain Authority (DA 30+), Domain Rating (DR 30+), organic traffic (5K+ monthly), and niche relevance. A lower-DA site in your exact niche often performs better than a high-DA site in an unrelated industry.
Yes. Most publishers include 1-2 rounds of revisions. If delivered content doesn't meet requirements, request specific changes. Funds stay in escrow until you approve the final work.
Publishers must provide the live URL where your content was published. You have 3-7 days to verify the content is live and meets requirements before approving the order.
Your payment is protected in escrow. If the deadline passes without delivery, you can cancel and receive a full refund. Our support team helps resolve any delivery issues.
Yes. You can place multiple orders from different publishers simultaneously. Many publishers offer volume discounts. For campaigns requiring 50+ placements, contact our sales team for custom bulk pricing.

For Publishers

Create a publisher account, add your website URL, verify ownership via DNS or HTML file upload, and create service offers. We automatically fetch SEO metrics (DA, DR, traffic) from Moz/Ahrefs/SEMrush. Your listing goes live after approval (usually 24-48 hours).
Pricing depends on your site's metrics and niche. General guidelines: DA 10-20 ($30-75), DA 20-35 ($75-150), DA 35-50 ($150-300), DA 50-70 ($300-600), DA 70+ ($600+). Premium niches (finance, legal, health) can charge 1.5-2x these rates.
Yes, you have full control. Review each order within 48 hours and accept or decline. Valid reasons include off-topic content, quality issues, or policy violations. The advertiser receives a full refund if you decline.
Unless otherwise specified, all content must remain published permanently. Removing paid content violates our terms and may result in account suspension. Exceptions apply for legal issues, obvious spam, or site closure.
Absolutely. List as many websites as you own under one publisher account. Each site has independent pricing, offers, and management. All earnings consolidate into one account.
Decline any content violating your editorial guidelines. Report spam or illegal content to our support team. We review reports and take action against abusive accounts. Set clear content guidelines in your offers to prevent issues.

Payments

When an advertiser places an order, payment is held in our secure escrow. Publishers can start work knowing funds are secured. Upon delivery approval, funds release to the publisher's account. If not approved, advertisers can request revisions or dispute.
Publishers: Funds release when advertisers approve work (or auto-release after review period). Withdraw once you reach the $50 minimum threshold. Withdrawals process in 3-5 business days.
We support PayPal, Stripe (credit/debit cards), bank transfer, Wise, and Payoneer. Fees vary by method: cards (2.9% + $0.30), PayPal (3.5%), bank transfer ($5 flat), Wise (0.5-2%), Payoneer (2% max $3).

Orders

Browse services, select the one you need, click "Order," provide details (content, target URL, anchor text), review total (including fees), and complete payment. The publisher has 48 hours to accept or decline. Track progress from your dashboard.
Before acceptance: full refund. After acceptance: requires mutual agreement from both parties. After delivery: cannot cancel, but you can request revisions or open a dispute if requirements weren't met.
Typical delivery times: Link insertions (1-3 days), guest posts with provided content (3-7 days), guest posts with writing (7-14 days), banner placements (1-2 days). Each listing shows the publisher's delivery timeframe.
Request revisions (most publishers include 1-2 rounds). If the publisher doesn't cooperate, reject the delivery and explain issues. If unresolved, open a formal dispute and our team will review and mediate.
Yes, recommended. Each listing has a "Contact Seller" button. Ask about content guidelines, delivery times, revision policies, or custom requirements before placing your order.

Security

Yes. We use PCI-DSS certified processors (Stripe, PayPal). We never store credit card information. All communication uses 256-bit SSL encryption. Escrow funds are held in segregated secure accounts. Optional 2FA is available for enhanced security.
Websites require domain ownership verification (DNS or file upload) and automatic metric fetching from trusted sources. Users must verify email addresses. We monitor behavior for spam detection, maintain a community rating system, and manually review questionable listings.
We're fully GDPR compliant. We collect only data necessary for platform function. We never sell or share personal data with third parties. Staff access is strictly controlled and logged. You can request data deletion anytime (subject to legal requirements).
Click "Report" on any profile or listing, email support@outreachist.com, or submit a support ticket. For active fraud or security threats, contact security@outreachist.com. We investigate all reports within 24 hours.

Account

No, one personal account per person. However, one account can have both advertiser and publisher roles. Businesses can have agency accounts with multiple team members. Multiple accounts risk suspension of all accounts.
Click your avatar → "Account Settings." Edit name, bio, photo, contact info. Add company details for business invoices. Manage payment methods and withdrawal details. Click "Save" to update. Some changes (like email) may require re-verification.
Yes. First complete or cancel all active orders and withdraw your balance. Go to Settings → "Delete Account" and confirm. There's a 30-day waiting period before permanent deletion. You can cancel deletion during this period. Some transaction data is retained for legal/accounting requirements.
