How to Request Data Deletion
We respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, you can do so through one of the following methods:
Option 1: Self-Service Deletion
Log in to your account, go to Account Settings, and use the "Delete Account" option. This will immediately begin the deletion process.
Option 2: Email Request
Send an email to support@outreachist.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request" and include:
- Your registered email address
- Your username (if applicable)
- Reason for deletion (optional)
What Will Be Deleted
When you request data deletion, the following information will be permanently removed:
- Personal information (name, email, phone number, etc.)
- Account credentials and login information
- Connected social media accounts (Facebook, Google, etc.)
- Activity history and usage data
Processing Time
Data deletion requests are typically processed within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete. Please note that some data may be retained for legal or regulatory compliance purposes as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
Note: Data deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Please ensure you have backed up any information you wish to keep before proceeding with the deletion request.
